How do I get my license key?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your key is usually emailed within a few minutes. Paste it into Options → License in the app and press Activate. There is no AlphaUpscale account to create.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, up to 3 computers you use yourself, with the same key. Replacing a machine? Press Deactivate in Options → License on the old one and the slot is free at once; a machine that simply disappears is released after two weeks.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Use the billing portal link in your license email or on this page. Cancelling stops the renewal; the license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a lifetime license?
No. Paying yearly at $29 saves 40% over paying monthly. The price covers updates as they ship.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email team@alphaupscale.com.
What happens after the 20 free images?
